China's Security Strategy from the Perspective of Neorealism

The research aims to analyze Chinas security policies and its role in international relations through the lens of neorealism. Focusing on the evolution from realism to neorealism, it examines Chinas historical and contemporary security approaches, using qualitative methods to analyze political documents, leaders speeches, and relevant literature. Findings indicate that Chinas security policies align with neorealist principles, significantly influencing regional and global power dynamics. The study highlights neorealism as a critical framework for understanding Chinas strategies, particularly regarding issues like Taiwan, Hong Kong, the South China Sea, and East Turkestan. By exploring Chinas growing global influence and regional policies, this research provides insights into its future strategies and their implications for international politics.
